Today I'm linking with Vivienne from Thrifted Shift which is Style Imitating Art. |
I'm trying to look solemn, because that's how Frida looked in the portrait. |
Here's the art as inspiration. |
Frida Kahlo, self portrait titled, "Time Flies." |

Wow! You and Frida have such a rich relationship! I liked looking at your past posts!

Wowie, your interpretation of the frida art is so good, I love your facial expression and your dress! xx
ReplyDeleteNever heard of Frida Kahlo before, but I guess you can consider yourself an artist if you're mostly remembered for your self-portraits plus your other works.
ReplyDeleteHi Teddi, really liked your idea once again...

Love your dress! so cute!
ReplyDeleteWoah! What a cool idea! You are totally pulling off solemn in the first one. Very Frida.
ReplyDeleteNice that dress looks awesome on you!
ReplyDeleteTed art always inspires me to do .. and post pictures ... but the look solemn Frida I could not have .. like the Mona Lisa, it seems easy to imitate pictures .. but they are not ... =)
ReplyDeleteI loved everything!
You look so elegant! What a creative idea.
