My outfit was based on This Style Imitating Art challenge
hosted by Salazar of 14 Shades of Grey.
I tried to incorporate the blue of the boat in my pants. For the dark fabric with white polka dots of her skirt I used my blouse and shoes. My shoes also involve the pink, white and black of the other dress.
For the blues and greens of the sky, water, the little girl's dress, and the turtle, I used my bracelets, necklace, and toenail polish color.
When was the last time you remember
feeding the ducks?

ReplyDeleteAs for feeding the ducks.. I dont even remember the last time :(
must have been years ago..
What a cool piece to draw outfit inspiration from. You really found a great thrift store top! Now that I have little ones we stop and feed the ducks quite often. The last time was this spring in the park near our old apartment. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeletecute art piece of the ducks.. I've got one too.. it says the drunken duck.. and its got a few drunken ducks on a river..because they drank the water from it but far away you can see a wine house and a man is throwing wine on the river from huge barrels.. it's funny and classy, I swear!
ReplyDeleteanyway..I've never fed ducks but it reminds me of the scene of Hugh Grant's movie "about a boy" (Great movie!)..when the kid tries to feed the ducks and throws them a huge piece of bread or bundt or whatever and it lands on a duck and it kills it..haha :S sad but funny..
happy weekend!
my kiddos love the ducks and also that water table!!! you look fab. what great finds with that top and those shoes. and your jewelry is amazing. your mom is so talented!

I am so expert at ducks feeding, LOL, I can't help feeding them whenever I go to the park ! I also had a couple of ducks about ten years ago, but had to give them away cause they were too noisy, LOL
