Drew Barrymore Did you see Oprah's Next Chapter with Drew Barrymore? It aired January 20, 2013. I thought it was super. |
My guy and I bleached my blouse. It was red when I bought it. |
We saw this sign on our road trip, while in Texas. I don't know why I found this amusing. We all know I'm easily entertained. |
My paisley dress was thrifted. This was the first time I wore it because every time I put it on, I didn't like it. It's now in the donate pile. I think that makes 3 dresses in 3 days I'll be donating. |

My guy holding our nephew Baby JJ. Our twin nieces Lil Bug and EJ, are on the right. |
My nephew Speed Racer, (he's in grey and blue), with some kids in his preschool class. |
Cherry Waves by Deftones
Cherry Waves is my favorite song by Deftones. I can't tell you how many times I've played it, especially in the summer of 2008.
My art journal page from Jan. 28, 2013 |
My Cherry Loves * cherry is my favorite pie * one summer Cherry 7UP was my favorite soda (old school TV commercial here) * 7th grade me, longed for hair the color of Cherry Valance from The Outsiders * Japanese Cherry Blossom is my fave shower gel from Bath & Body Works |

ReplyDeleteTed I love everything I've seen here, and I love how they inspired ... I'm also in love with sky in these photos of the children in this field .... gorgeous!
Okay, of all the things on this adorable post, I'm going to say... I LOVE CHERRY PIE! We had a tradition in our family...a Blaine would always find a cherry pit in the pie. I use to find the pit on a regular basis and my little brother got really upset at me one time. He actually kinda yelled "I wanted to find the pit! You always find the pit!" It was hilarious.
ReplyDeletelook at you so springy!!! i love you in pink!
ReplyDeletelovely <3
ReplyDeleteThat bleached blouse looks so cool! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love how your bleached blouse looks! It still has so much color but it's got a really awesome watercolor look to it, almost like the silkscreen fabric painting with salt thrown on them look, it's gorgeous and so different! This was a really hard inspiration outfit but I like how you went in the other direction with the colors, the pinks look so pretty and flattering on you. :)
ReplyDeleteThis monochrome with patterns is brilliant ! I love your artwork, very cosmic !

Teddi! Those boots! I love the ribbon running through them in a lighter hue; it ties together so nicely with the rest of your outfit. I'd say you look like a tall glass of water but I think a tall glass of cherry cola is more appropriate!
ReplyDeleteI love how you even get the poses down pat! I haven't seen Drew on Oprah, but I love her. She just seems like someone who'd be fun to hang out with.
