My outfit was influenced by yesterday's
inspiration monday! That's when the ladies Megan and Nora of
Two Birds Boutique chose an outfit to inspire an outfit.
I look frozen, and I don't mean cold. I mean like Han Solo on the planet Mercury. |
Here's my version of the look. To see how others were inspired go to: inspiration monday: secondhand outfit notes. |
Yesterday's inspiration was: |
Olivia Wilde (she looks like she want to kick someone's behind). |
My t-shirt: Forever 21 (nearly 3 yrs. ago) It says: I Love My Music. |
My fringe booties: LuLu's.com (over a year ago). |
My jeans: ? (some store in mall nearly 3 yrs. ago) The last album I listened to was New Morning by Alpha Rev (a band from Austin, Texas). |

The last song my guy worked out to was Wave of Tomorrow by The Crash Kings. I don't have a photo of him doing that, but last weekend he was building us a new fence for our backyard. We saw The Crash Kings in concert on this post in 2009. |
My art journal page was from sometime, this past Spring. I titled it: The Woes of Chronic Bad Hair... |
The last song I played on my guitar was Let Go by Cheap Trick. |
Frozen Han Solo NBC News article. (that was only 4 days ago). |
didn't hear about the mercury finding. I think the moon might be the death star in disguise.
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit, very rock chic! I love printed tees, I practically live in them!
ReplyDeleteYour look is dead on! I think you're pulling it off better, too! I was just thinking about bad hair days- I washed my baby's hair and combed a part on the opposite side I usually do and she ended up with most of her hair sticking straight up today! I tried pushing it down, rewetting, a barrette... nothing worked to make it better! We'll wash and start over tomorrow...
ReplyDeleteI love how you did it, to be honest I think even better then your inspiration was! Children are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThank you for lovely comment on my blog, have a good rest of the week

You even got the headphones and red font down! You're a master at this. ;) I've never seen The Empire Strikes Back, so I had to read the article to find out what the heck that image is about, haha. Now I know! My little cousin Will loves trains, too. His entire bedroom is decorated with trains and pictures of trains. :)
ReplyDeleteWow your outfit is spot on!
ReplyDeleteTeddi, this is one of my fave outfits on you. You are rocking this look with your awesome t-shirt, jeans, booties and headphone. Never mind the fact you also totally nailed this Inspiration Monday.
