broken social concert

These are photos of the band Broken Social Scene,
that we saw at ACL. 

According to a video interview here, on Slacker Radio, the band is taking a hiatus.

They say they aren't fighting or anything, but they just need a break.

I think more bands should do that, if they need to, honestly.

I brought my ear plugs. I really like this band. I'm just trying to protect my ears.

If you like Bright Eyes, &  you have 7 minutes, watch this video. It's the actual performance of their final song when Conor Oberst stage dives into the audience. It's what I saw when I was there. I nearly cried that evening. I get choked up watching it again.
For me, it's that good. It was my favorite festival moment.
