had book club at the coffee shop. i ate a reese's peanut butter cup & drank an orange creamsicle. my favorite quote from the book is: "Ever morning, until you dead in the ground, you gone have to make this decision."..."You gone have to ask yourself. Am I gone believe what them fools say about me today?"...I realized I actually had a choice in what I could believe.
I love that book. I listened to the audiobook and I loved that it had different narrators for the different characters. We haven't read it in our bookclub, but I'm going to suggest it for next year.
