Rudderless by The Lemonheads

I first heard the The Lemonheads when I watched the movie Catch and Release. I waited for the credits, then wrote down who the bands were.
Then I looked the bands up.

I had mixed feelings about this movie.
I always feel sorry for the guy characters who are in love with the girl, and she doesn't love them back. Even if it's a guy that's just a friend,
 or a supporting role.

Here are some of my art journal pages.

Rudderless
 is my fave song by
The Lemonheads.

I get happy when my guy sings it.
He makes me laugh.

like an autumn leaf

I got this idea from
Daisy Yellow Art to take a photo of something orange, red, and yellow.

Here's my orange, red, and yellow nail polishes.

My earrings in this color scheme.
Three of the orange pairs were made by my cousin.
I hand painted the circle yellow ones.

Here are my orange, yellow, and red bracelets.

My cousin made the guitar pick bracelet,
and the orange and white beaded bracelet.

My cousin also made the orange
and white bracelet, with the clear beads.

My necklace collection in the same colors.

My cousin made every necklace here except,
the red and silver beaded one.

Orange, red, and yellow cookbooks in our kitchen.

Here's my art journal page using color scheme.

It says:
Like fire she opened her mouth and sang breathy vocals that turned smouldering memories of what used to be into ash.
She didn't need flowers thrown onstage to signify her worth.

My 2nd art journal page using same colors.

It says: Firewoman, sunset girl, flames within you, if only my face was as symmetrical as the ones I draw or paint. If only.  Instead, it's frozen with palsy.

Little me wearing red pants and a yellow blouse while I walked on my grandpa.
