I dunno, but if this is what the circus is, I'm running away to join it. Some of these prints are just decadent - especially the first one. I think the outfit that combines yellow and red reminds me most of the circus; I always picture a big vintage circus tent.

ReplyDeletegosh, I actually hate circus and clowns. it's so horrible to use animals in their shows and I'm always sad when I see articles about circus animals. I went to circus when I was a child and I had to do it but not anymore. I'm totally anti-circus now.

ReplyDeleteI totally saw circus elements - by Carven, especially in the first picture - the skirt is definitely a circus tent!
When I was a child, around 5, my group at school was invited to TV. My dad told everybody, was home watching me and... then a clown came to play with me... and I started crying loud, out of fear!!!! They had to take me out of the studio!
You look sooo sweet on your 4th birthday! (Well, today too!)

My dad used pretty much the same lighter on our birthday candles. A smoker's best friend, he always had one on hand. One time he used his fingers to put out a candle, and my brother was amazed that he didn't get burned.
