speedos

One of the things my girl and I noticed in Mexico, was how men rocked the speedo. Most of them honestly shouldn't have. I've realized that in America we're so body image, self loathing obsessed. A hang up other countries don't seem to have. I asked one of the guys who had lived in Canada, if they wore speedos there. He said,"Up north they do." I think he was joking. He was wearing what we'd consider typical, regular length, swimming trunks. Then he proceeded to lift them up to show me if he'd look good in a speedo. I put my hands in front of my eyes and said, "NO mira! NO mira!" (which meant I'm NOT looking). No gracias, buenas tardes. (No thank you, and have a nice day).
