It's a psychedelic explosion of vibrancy, color, an in between mixture of clothing that could be worn on hot days or cool days. It's like most days in Texas, during this time of year, when the weather can't make up it's mind about how it's going to be. All the layers can be added, taken off, mixed and matched to suit your ever changing situation or mood. I wouldn't wear it to the beach, but that doesn't mean you can't if you so choose.
