kind of easter related

Or maybe it's all just April related.

Here's what I wish I wore on Easter:
Victorian Style Lace Top & Purple Camisole

Anna Sui Floral Top
Corduroy Skirt with Handmade Boombox Patch
Boho Dress
Purple Studded Shoes

Unfortunately I've been fighting a horrible cough
& cold for over a week, so on Easter Day,

this girl, (meaning me), was looking rough.

Here's what I wore in April last year.
April 2011
I made my headband.
My cousin made my necklace, & earrings.

April 2011

My friend made my bracelet.

Me with my guy in Easter 2010,
 at friend's house.

My mom made the jacket I'm wearing.
This April my twin nieces,
playing in their grandparents backyard.
Notice my favorite flowers, daffodils.

This April, my nephew with the Easter Bunny.
Can you tell he's at the grocery store?

My nephew & my brother,
on an Easter Egg Hunt, this year.

Notice the football Easter basket.

My art journal pages
It says: I don't have a secret happy place.
For I love my whole house.
Those look like Aunt Teddi's favorite chips, Cheetos.
I wonder what's in that yellow Easter egg.

I think my nephew might be dancing.

Georgia Bottoms by Mark Childress

...She would never forget how sunlight streamed through the wavery glass of her bedroom window. Sparkles of dust danced like tiny diamonds in a column of light. It was a moment of uncanny beauty, little jewels floating and sparkling, here in the middle of the room on this day...
