Who remembers my blog post about the Tarrant County Food Bank CanStruction from last year? If you don't that's okay I forgive you, and I'll still be your friend. Well this is what I copied from their website:
Canstruction© 2010
"Sculptures in the 12th annual Tarrant County Canstruction© Competition and Exhibition range from the realistic to the abstract, from a forklift to a representation of a sleeping man under a sombrero. Three of the sculptures relate to this year's theme, Mexi-CAN Fiesta...Cha, Cha, Cha!!! At least four of them reached the height limit of 8 feet.
Nine teams of architects and engineers are participating in this year's Canstruction© event Oct. 10 - 17 at North East Mall in Hurst.
Awards for were decided by a panel of local celebrities and experts. The winners will enter photo images of their structures in the national Canstruction© Competition sponsored by the Canstruction© Foundation of the Society for Design Administration.
All Tarrant County Canstruction© Competitions and Exhibits are organized by the Fort Worth Chapters of the Society for Design Administration and the American Institute of Architects."
